Data Deletion

Overview
MeBume (“MeBume”) lets you delete your data at any time. This page explains how to remove a connected advertising account, how to delete your entire account, and how to remove data we obtained through Facebook Login. Questions: privacy@mebume.com.
Remove a connected ad account (self-serve)
Open the Connections page in the app and disconnect any platform (Meta, Google, etc.). Disconnecting immediately revokes our access, deletes the stored access tokens, and removes the data we synced from that account. This takes effect right away.
Delete your entire account & all data
Email privacy@mebume.com from the address you signed up with (or include it in the message) with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email when it’s done.
Facebook / Meta data
Data we received through Facebook Login (your name, email, and the advertising/Page data you authorized) can be deleted three ways:
- In MeBume — disconnect Meta on the Connections page (revokes our access and deletes the synced Meta data + tokens).
- In Facebook — go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select MeBume, and choose Remove. This revokes the app’s access.
- By request — email privacy@mebume.com and we will delete any remaining data and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email).
- Access tokens and credentials for every connected advertising platform.
- Advertising data we synced (campaigns, ad sets, ads, metrics, pixels, audiences, Page metadata).
- Content you created in MeBume (brands, products, generated creative and copy, packages).
We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g. billing/tax), held only as long as legally necessary.
